Cara Mencegah Penyebaran Virus Dari Flashdisk

Flashdisk adalah salah satu media penyimpanan. Dan merupakan salah satu media yang paling banyak digunakan dalam penyebaran virus. Ketika kita memasukkan flashdisk ke port USB di komputer kita, maka secara default windows akan langsung membuka flashdisk tersebut dengan Auto play. Pada saat computer menjalankan fungsi Auto Play, beberapa virus memanfaatkan jalan ini untuk menyebarkan diri dan kemudian menginfeksi computer kita. Oleh karena itu kita bisa menonaktifkan fungsi Auto Play ini guna mengurangi penyebaran virus dari flashdisk  ke komputer kita
Berikut langkah-langkahnya ::

1.Klik start pada pojok kiri bawah dari layar desktop.
2.Lalu klik run dan ketikkan kata “gpedit.msc”

3.Pilih Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates

4.Kemudian pilih System, cari file “Turn Off Auto Play” dan pilih.
5.Centang pilihan enabled. Dan pada kotak kata “Turn Off Auto Play” Pilih Al Drives pada kotak yang    telah tersedia.

6.Selanjutnya klik “OK”, lalu restart computer.
7.Amati perubahannya ketika anda memasukkan flashdisk ke computer.

Ada cara lain untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus ke computer anda. Yaitu dengan cara mengaktifkan user guest dan log in dengan user guest tersebut. Dengan user guest, maka akan mematikan fungsi registry, karena sebagian virus akan selalu menginfeksi file registry dan bisa mengubah value didalamnya.
Cara lainnya adalah, anda juga dapat mengurangi dampak penyebaran virus dengan rajin meng-update anti virus anda.

4.  Internet.

5.  Email.
